Who We're Looking For You may be a great fit if you are: ✔ Strategic ✔ Technically Skilled ✔ Collaborative ✔ Solution-Oriented ✔ Accountable ✔ Service-Focused ✔ Innovative ✔ A Strong People Leader QualificationsRequired: • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field preferred. • Five (5)+ years of progressive IT infrastructure, systems engineering, or network administration experience. • Three (3)+ years of leadership, supervisory, or team management experience. • Strong experience supporting enterprise infrastructure, cloud services, networking, and systems administration. • Demonstrated experience leading infrastructure projects and technology implementations. • Experience managing vendors, budgets, and technology service providers. • Strong troubleshooting, analytical, communication, and organizational skills. Preferred: • Experience supporting multi-site organizations. • Experience with Microsoft 365, Azure, Windows Server, virtualization technologies, networking, and cybersecurity programs. • Relevant certifications such as Microsoft, Cisco, VMware, CompTIA, or similar credentials.
