Key Responsibilities
- Manage Azure resources including networks, storage, and services.
- Oversee Microsoft 365 administration (Exchange, SharePoint, Teams, OneDrive).
- Administer Azure Active Directory (Entra ID) – roles, conditional access, governance.
- Manage Intune for device compliance and deployment.
- Maintain security policies (MFA, device compliance, least-privilege access).
- Implement proactive monitoring and alerting.
- Partner with business units to deliver secure integrations and data automation.
- Support and enhance system integrations between Kantata, Business Central (ERP), Navan, ADP, and business systems used across Finance and Business Operations.
- Work closely with Finance and other departments to understand the processes and workflows to ensure data accuracy and reducing manual work.
- Evaluate emerging technologies that improve efficiency and innovation opportunities as well as scalability of business systems.
- Assuming technical ownership on integration and automation projects and working closely with the Director of IT and Business Stakeholders enabling strategic decisions and successful outcomes.
- Serve as escalation point for complex issues.
- Maintain documentation and system configuration records.
- Maintain audit readiness for financial system integrations and data handling.
Skills
- PowerShell scripting (core for Microsoft 365 and Azure automation)
- Azure CLI / Azure PowerShell / ARM templates
- Terraform, Bicep, or other Infrastructure-as-Code tools
- Python scripting for automation and API integrations
Pay
An annual gross salary between $90,000 and $110,000 + bonus for full-time employment, depending on professional qualifications and experience.
