Job Duties and Responsibilities
- Support military personnel management activities.
- Aid in civilian personnel management processes.
- Contribute to manpower planning and workforce development.
Required Qualifications
- Knowledgeable of manpower, performance management, workforce planning and human capital management.
- Comprehensive understanding of the Army, Navy and Air Force military personnel and manpower programs and regulations governing those programs.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook), SharePoint.
- Familiarity of the DoD and the Defense Health Agency is highly desired.
- Detail-oriented, organized, and self-motivated with high attention to detail.
- Excellent verbal/written communication skills and effective interpersonal skills.
- Bachelor's Degree in a related field.
