Responsibilities
- Provide day-to-day IT support across users, devices and internal systems
- Support Microsoft 365, SaaS platforms and user access management
- Support employees with AI tools including ChatGPT, Claude, Microsoft Copilot and Gemini
- Identify repetitive tasks and operational inefficiencies that could benefit from automation or AI solutions
- Work closely with the Data & AI Engineering team on process improvement initiatives
- Support onboarding/offboarding, device setup and license management
- Maintain internal documentation, knowledge articles and user guidance
Requirements
- Previous experience (2+ years) within IT Support, Helpdesk or End User Support
- Experience supporting Microsoft 365 environments
- Strong communication skills and confidence supporting non-technical users
- Interest in AI tools and emerging technology
- Comfortable working across both support and project-focused work
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving ability
Desirable
- Exposure to ChatGPT, Claude, Microsoft Copilot or similar AI tools
- Experience with Okta, Google Workspace or modern SaaS environments
- Exposure to automation tools such as Power Automate, Zapier or n8n
Pay
$60,000 - $70,000 per year
