Requirements
- One or more years of experience in technical support, help desk, desktop support, or a similar customer service and technology role; relevant education or certifications may substitute for experience
- Working knowledge of Windows operating systems, Microsoft 365 applications, mobile devices, printers, and common business technologies
- Basic understanding of user account administration, multifactor authentication, permissions, and network connectivity
- Strong troubleshooting, communication, customer service, organization, and time management skills
- Ability to prioritize multiple requests while following established processes and procedures
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Valid driver's license with the ability to travel to supported locations as needed
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or a related field is preferred
- CompTIA A+, Network+, Microsoft 365 Fundamentals, Azure Fundamentals, or similar industry certifications is preferred
- Experience with Microsoft Entra ID, Active Directory, Microsoft Intune, Apple Business Manager, and enterprise ticketing systems is preferred
Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact for IT support requests, delivering timely and professional technical assistance to employees across the organization
- Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, Microsoft 365, mobile device, printer, and connectivity issues while accurately documenting support requests and resolutions
- Support user account administration, including password resets, access requests, employee onboarding and offboarding, and Microsoft 365 account management
- Configure, deploy, maintain, and troubleshoot Windows computers, mobile devices, peripherals, and other endpoint technologies while maintaining accurate asset records
- Provide technology support for corporate offices and residential communities, including workstations, conference room equipment, and other business technologies
- Escalate complex technical issues to senior IT team members with thorough documentation and diagnostic details
- Create and maintain technical documentation, knowledge base articles, and standard operating procedures that support efficient service delivery
- Follow established cybersecurity, identity verification, and compliance standards to help protect company systems and information
- Participate in technology deployments, equipment refreshes, office moves, and other IT initiatives while delivering outstanding customer service
