About the role
The client is seeking an IT Helpdesk Support Technician to join their team in St. Joseph, MI. The role involves internal support for over 700 locations across the country, focusing on tasks such as password resets, network troubleshooting, printer/network installs, and basic end user connectivity and software support. This is a Level 1 Helpdesk Technician position on a team of around 15-20 other technicians.

Requirements
- 1+ years of experience within an IT Support role (Network/Hardware)
- Customer-service oriented mindset - Excellent Communication Skills is a must!
- Proficient experience with Microsoft Office 365
- Basic Troubleshooting skills (IE: Password Resets, printer installs & troubleshooting, end user connectivity support, network troubleshooting, etc.)
- Bachelor’s Degree
