About the Role
Position is first point of contact for customers needing assistance with computers, phones, and peripherals.
Qualifications
- Associate Degree from an accredited school in Computer Science (or related field), or a combination of education, certifications, and experience that County Management deems appropriate.
- Experience supporting Microsoft Windows desktops, Microsoft Office suite, Microsoft Active Directory, and M365.
- Experience supporting telephones, printers, cameras, microphones, cell phones, and tablets.
- Strong organizational and interpersonal skills, including the ability to communicate in English, orally and in writing.
- Customer service oriented, patient, and friendly.
- Able to work under deadlines with interruptions, manage multiple tasks simultaneously, and work productively under minimal supervision.
- Able to be on-call (in coordination with other IT staff) for emergencies and unusual events.
- Ability to work independently with access to confidential information used to develop and support managerial positions.
Requirements
- Must possess a valid Colorado driver's license.
- Must complete ICS 100 and ICS 700 within the first year of employment (County provided).
- Must pass CBI background check (County provided).
- CJIS (Criminal Justice Information Services) training and certification (County provided).
- SIDA (Security Identification Display Area) training and certification (County provided).
