Responsibilities
- Provide timely onsite and remote technical support for employee's hardware, software, and mobile devices.
- Perform regular maintenance tasks, including installation and upgrade of software.
- Maintain IT helpdesk emails and respond to requests.
- Determine solutions for issues and provide user assistance.
- Set up and install end-user PCs, laptops, tablets, and smartphones.
- Assist with new employee onboarding and IT training.
- Assist with IT initiatives and set up new employee's software and hardware devices.
- Resolve IT issues such as conference room technology, printers, and scanners.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Requirements
Associates degree in information technology, computer science, cyber security, or related field. Two years of experience assisting end users in a IT capacity is preferred. Experience with Apple iOS support, PC, and familiarity with Windows server, Active Directory, O365 Admin, MS Office Suites, Microsoft Endpoint Manager is required.

Skills
- Knowledge of Apple iOS Support.

Pay
$50,000 - $55,000 annually.
Schedule
Monday through Friday, onsite role. Expected travel 2-3 times per month, no overnight stays required.
