IT Help Desk Support Specialist 1

Key Responsibilities

• Apply your knowledge in three or more of the following areas: PC setup and troubleshooting, networking, software deployment, security systems (alarms and DVRs), Shoretel phone systems, IP phone technology, Virtual Machine (VM) environments.
• Participate in team projects to improve and enhance our systems.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, mission, vision, and ethical standards.
• Complete daily tasks efficiently to meet deadlines.
• Take on additional duties as assigned by your manager.

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree (A.A.) or equivalent from a two-year college or technical school.
• Six months to one year of related experience and/or training.
• Equivalent combinations of education and experience are also welcome!
