IT Help Desk Support

About the role

We are seeking a Help Desk (Systems) Support professional to provide routine systems support for our agency’s information technology systems at our Administration Center location. This position requires travel and involves operating automated office equipment in stand-alone, network, or mainframe environments, as well as training staff on the use of automated systems.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot Tier 1 & Tier 2 technical issues across laptops, mobile devices, software, VPNs, printers, and network connections.
• Use various software applications to perform computations, arithmetic, and logic operations, arrange/sort/manipulate data, and maintain security controls.
• Monitor and assist staff in the use of software applications.
• Manage and update the clinic’s website.
• Provide training and operational assistance to staff on data processing software, including its capabilities and limitations.
• Install, maintain, and repair computer hardware, software, and peripherals; assist in managing local area networks.
• Perform troubleshooting tasks on equipment such as computers, related peripherals, hand tools, typewriters, calculators, copiers, fax machines, telephones, and time clocks.
• Adhere to all CHCSCT, Inc. confidentiality policies and security measures to protect Electronic Protected Health Information (EPHI) and other sensitive information as outlined by HIPAA regulations.
