Responsibilities
Workforce Management Platform Ownership: Lead end-to-end ownership of the UKG WFM platform, establish governance, standards, and best practices for workforce management processes.
Timekeeping & Attendance: Oversee enterprise timekeeping and attendance management, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
Scheduling & Advanced Scheduling: Lead delivery and optimization of staff scheduling and advanced scheduling capabilities, aligning with clinical staffing models and operational requirements.
Clinical Scheduling Extensions: Support and expand clinical scheduling capabilities, enabling flexible models for complex care settings.
Productivity & Labor Management: Implement and enhance productivity tracking and labor management tools, defining and monitoring workforce KPIs.
Analytics, Data Hub & Dashboards: Lead development and governance of analytics, data hub integrations, and executive dashboards, delivering real-time workforce metrics.
Integration & Interoperability: Oversee integration of UKG with enterprise systems, ensuring seamless data flow and API/middleware solutions.
Leadership & Stakeholder Engagement: Lead and develop a team, serve as primary liaison across HR, Finance, Payroll, and Clinical Operations, facilitate steering committees, and communicate updates.
Qualifications
7+ years of experience in workforce management systems, with a strong focus on UKG (Dimensions/Pro WFM).
5+ years of leadership or management experience.
Deep functional knowledge of: Timekeeping and attendance, Healthcare Staff scheduling and advanced scheduling, Workforce analytics and reporting.
Experience in healthcare workforce operations.
Familiarity with integrations involving PeopleSoft, Epic, QGenda, StrataJazz, AbsenceSoft or similar systems.
Experience building data hubs, dashboards, and executive reporting tools.
Knowledge of labor laws, union rules, and regulatory compliance in healthcare settings.
