Responsibilities
- Support Center – respond to calls, emails & tickets to resolve end user issues through remote or hands-on support
- Repair, rebuild, prepare & deploy new equipment as needed, including end user equipment such as computers & phones, as well as enterprise equipment such as firewalls, switches, access points & UPS units
- Resolve dial tone & other phone system issues
- Documentation – Inventory, Support Center, Hardware, Software
- Support organization-wide Hikvision Camera System
- Support organization-wide server-based Nurse & Emergency Call Systems
- Collaborate with others to assess, design, implement, troubleshoot, monitor & improve the organization’s network & technology as the organization grows
- Minimum 2 years’ experience supporting the I/T needs for multiple locations
- Customer 1st Mentality
- Proficient with MS Office Suite of products, including Microsoft 365
- Knowledge & working experience with Active Directory
- Knowledge & working experience with Microsoft Windows O/S
- Knowledge of network cabling
- Cisco VoIP experience
- Organized and Detail Oriented
- A+ certification (additional I/T related certification is a plus)
- BS degree with an I/T or business related major or equivalent work experience
- Experience with Office365, working in a hybrid environment
- Must be able to lift up to 75 lbs, climb ladders & maneuver in cramped IT closets
- Strong written, verbal & interpersonal communications skills as well as an ability to work well independently & in a team environment.
