About the role
The IT Finance Administrator will perform administrative activities of our core platforms for billing/payments and loan management applications. The primary responsibilities include running daily, weekly, and monthly billing operations tasks, managing user accounts, understanding SOX controls, participating in agile SDLC, and analyzing data.
Responsibilities
- Run a sequence of daily, weekly, and monthly billing operations tasks that accomplish billing processes including invoicing, payments, refunds, etc.
- Maintain processes to ensure they are running as expected. Coordinate reviews and approvals with business partners between steps. Notify support team when processes encounter errors or do not run in the expected timeframe.
- Manage user accounts in Zuora, Coupa, loan management system and other applications/systems including creating new accounts, managing profiles, and revoking access based on user access requests.
- Understand SOX controls and act as control owner. Ensure controls are kept current, adhered to and are audited on a regular basis. Work with internal and external auditors to perform and document audits.
- Participate in all phases of the agile SDLC to manage requirements and communication changes, configurations, and modifications and verify changes are understood by stakeholders.
- Analyze data in databases, reports, logs, logging tools and other sources to help identify and assess the impact of production issues. Assist with systems operations and admin tasks and duties.

- Willingness to work in cross-functional teams with all areas of business and IT.
- Proficiency in Excel reporting, SQL, and Business Intelligence software tools.
- Ability to learn quickly and understand technical process details.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
- High analytical mindset, demonstrated problem solving and critical thinking capabilities.
- Proven experience with business and technical requirement analysis and documentation.
- Proven ability to work and communicate with technical and non-technical resources.
- Ability to communicate clearly and concisely – both in writing and verbally.
- 2+ years of experience in an IT Finance System Administrator/Analyst role.
- Working experience with Zuora, loan management system or other financial applications is a strong plus.
Qualifications

Pay
$80,000 - $100,000 annually
Schedule
Full-time, Monday through Friday, 8:00am - 5:00pm
