About the role
Seeking an experienced Field Technician to provide onsite desktop, hardware, software, and network support across Colorado and Wyoming. Ideal candidates will have 5–10 years of IT support experience and strong customer service skills.
Responsibilities
- Provide onsite desktop, hardware, software, and network support
- Install and repair LAN/WAN networking equipment
- Rack and stack equipment
- Configure and manage Cat5, Cat6, and Fiber cabling
- Deploy and manage Microsoft Office and Windows 10/11
- Perform UPS configuration
- Deploy and manage Cisco, Aruba, VSAT, and Ubiquiti devices
- Manage SCCM, Intune, and Citrix environments
- Manage Active Directory and Group Policy
- Deploy iOS devices
Requirements
- 5–10 years of IT support experience
- Strong customer service skills
- Experience with Windows 10/11 and Microsoft Office
- Knowledge of LAN/WAN networking and rack and stack experience
- Experience with Cat5, Cat6, and Fiber cabling
- Experience with Cisco, Aruba, VSAT, and Ubiquiti devices
- Experience with SCCM, Intune, and Citrix
- Experience with Active Directory and Group Policy
- Experience with iOS deployment and management
- Experience with UPS configuration

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $32.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment. Benefits are subject to change and may be subject to specific elections, plans, or programs terms.
