IT Field Services Technician/Desktop Support

Job Requirements

• 5+ years of experience as a IT Field Services Technician
• Ability to install, configure, and maintain IT and network hardware, including workstations, servers, routers, switches, and networking devices
• Perform routine inspections, preventive maintenance, and hardware replacements
• Diagnose and resolve hardware, connectivity, and infrastructure-related issues onsite
• Support network hardware deployments, upgrades, and migrations

Worksite Requirements

• Ability to pass an extensive background check and random drug tests
• Good communication skills
• Able to absorb training materials and successfully complete post-training tests
• Able to support extended hours, outages, and emergency response situations
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety and compliance
