About the role
Responsible for providing field support services to customers in the Denver, CO area. This includes troubleshooting equipment issues, performing routine maintenance, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities
- Diagnose and resolve technical issues related to IT equipment and systems.
- Perform preventative and corrective maintenance on IT equipment.
- Communicate effectively with customers to understand and address their needs.
- Follow company policies and procedures for safety and service delivery.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- At least 2 years of experience in IT support or related field.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Basic knowledge of networking and computer hardware.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
