About the role

Responsible for providing field support services to customers in the Denver, CO area. This includes troubleshooting equipment issues, performing routine maintenance, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and resolve technical issues related to IT equipment and systems.
• Perform preventative and corrective maintenance on IT equipment.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• At least 2 years of experience in IT support or related field.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.
