If you are excited about a role but don't meet every bullet point, we encourage you to apply and join us to create the extraordinary. To support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we're looking to add an IT Executive Support Technician located in Austin, TX (Corporate HQ). Reporting to the IT Supervisor, the IT Executive Support Technician is a senior member of the onsite IT support team. The role delivers reliable, high-touch support for employees and executives, owns escalated endpoint and workplace technology issues, and helps keep conference rooms, collaboration systems, and high-visibility business events running smoothly. The ideal candidate combines strong technical judgment with a service mindset, communicates confidently with senior leaders, and drives complex issues from first contact through resolution.

Responsibilities

  • Provide advanced Tier 2/Tier 3 onsite technical support for desktops, laptops, mobile devices, printers, peripherals, operating systems, approved corporate applications, and connectivity issues.
  • Serve as a senior escalation point and own complex hardware, software, authentication, endpoint, and user-impacting incidents through resolution.
  • Coordinate with Network, Infrastructure, Security, application teams, and vendors when specialized escalation or cross-functional action is required.
  • Deliver responsive, discreet, high-touch support to executives, executive assistants, and other business-critical users, including time-sensitive troubleshooting and proactive technology readiness.
  • Support Microsoft Teams, Zoom, conference-room systems, cameras, microphones, displays, room controllers, and related AV technologies.
  • Perform room readiness checks and provide technical support for executive meetings, board-level meetings, town halls, leadership events, and other high-visibility onsite programs, restoring service rapidly when live issues occur.
  • Deploy, configure, maintain, and troubleshoot Windows, macOS, iOS, and Android devices using corporate-standard provisioning and endpoint-management processes.
  • Install approved software, operating-system updates, patches, drivers, and security configurations on supported devices.
  • Maintain accurate physical and logical asset records and coordinate warranty, repair, replacement, and supported printer-consumable services throughout the device lifecycle.
  • Troubleshoot endpoint connectivity involving TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, Wi-Fi, and VPN, and partner effectively with Network teams when broader infrastructure support is needed.
  • Create and maintain technical documentation, knowledge articles, troubleshooting procedures, and support standards; identify recurring incidents and recommend improvements.
  • Participate in site deployments, migrations, upgrades, security initiatives, and other IT projects while providing knowledge transfer and on-the-job guidance to less-experienced technicians.

Requirements

  • Associate degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field preferred; equivalent professional experience and technical training will be considered.
  • Typically 8+ years of progressive enterprise IT support experience, including independently resolving complex endpoint and user-impacting issues.
  • Advanced knowledge of Windows 10 and 11 administration and troubleshooting, with working knowledge of macOS, iOS, and Android.
  • Strong knowledge of PC architecture, laptops, docking stations, displays, printers, peripherals, and enterprise workstation configurations.
  • Working knowledge of Active Directory and/or Microsoft Entra ID, Microsoft 365, identity and authentication concepts, and enterprise access troubleshooting.
  • Advanced experience with workstation provisioning, imaging, deployment, patching, software installation, endpoint management, and device lifecycle processes.
  • Working knowledge of TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, Wi-Fi, VPN, and network troubleshooting sufficient to isolate endpoint connectivity issues.
  • Demonstrated ability to prioritize competing issues, manage escalations, make sound decisions with limited supervision, and communicate technical information clearly to non-technical users.
  • Ability to document technical procedures, improve support processes, and provide guidance or knowledge transfer to other support personnel.

Qualifications

  • Hands-on experience supporting Zoom, Microsoft Teams, conference-room technology, or enterprise AV environments.
  • Experience supporting senior leaders, executive assistants, business-critical users, or high-visibility corporate events.
  • Relevant certifications such as Microsoft, CompTIA, ITIL, Apple, or equivalent technical certifications.
