IT Engineer - Senior

On-siteEngineering$62–$72/hrContract
We need to output HTML fragment with sections: About the role? The description includes responsibilities. We need headings: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. Only include sections if posting has real specific content. We have: Pay: $62.00 - $72.00/hr; W2 contract, no PTO, no Benefits. ACA-compliant supplemental package available for enrollment. So Pay section exists. Benefits? It says no Benefits, but supplemental package available. Should we include Benefits? The posting says no Benefits, but mentions supplemental package. That's still a benefit? The instruction: never create Pay/Schedule/Benefits sections unless the posting actually states them. It does state "no Benefits" and "ACA-compliant supplemental package". That's still stating something about benefits. Could include Benefits section describing that there are no standard benefits but supplemental package available. However "no Benefits" might be considered filler? It's specific: no PTO, no Benefits. That's substantive. So include Benefits. Schedule: Hybrid at either our Columbus Arena office or Merrillville, Indiana office. M/F home, T/W/R in office. That's specific. Include Schedule. About the role: Could be a brief paragraph summarizing role. The description includes many responsibilities; we could put that under Responsibilities. About the role could be a short summary: "Primary Talent Partners has a new contract opening for an IT Engineer - Senior to join a gas and electric company in Columbus, OH. This is a 6-month contract to start with the potential for extensions." That's substantive. So include About the role. Responsibilities: list of duties from Description. Use
  • . Requirements vs Qualifications vs Skills: The posting has Qualifications section with subparts: Experience, Preferred Skills, Nice to Have, Required, Preferred. We need to map to headings: Requirements, Qualifications, Skills. We must not repeat job title as heading. We need to decide what goes where. Typically Requirements = mandatory qualifications. Qualifications = maybe education/certifications. Skills = technical skills. We have a lot of info; we need to preserve all substantive info. We can split: Requirements: Minimum 7 years of experience in SAP solution delivery, including design, configuration, development, and integration activities. Proven experience with SAP implementations in complex, multi-vendor enterprise environments. Strong functional knowledge of SAP S/4HANA, SAP Service Cloud, SAP BTP, Fiori, and related SAP products. Experience with one or more of the following specialized SAP areas: FICA, Billing, Regulatory, C4C, etc. Experience with integration technologies including RESTful APIs and middleware platforms. Familiarity with DevSecOps tools and practices, including CI/CD pipelines, automated testing frameworks, and code quality tools. Solid understanding of SAP security models, SAP GRC Access Control, and related compliance requirements. Experience with SAP testing activities including unit testing, SIT, UAT, regression, and performance testing. Strong communication and organizational skills with the ability to coordinate across team boundaries. Qualifications: Preferred: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or related field. SAP certifications such as SAP Certified Associate, SAP Certified Professional, etc. Experience in utility or energy industry digital transformation programs. Knowledge of the integration of non-SAP products with SAP (MuleSoft, API architectures, IAM tools, etc.). Familiarity with SAP Analytics Cloud and SAP Business Data Cloud. Experience with AI-powered SAP tools (i.e. - Joule). Understanding of regulatory and compliance requirements relevant to utilities and customer data privacy. Experience with enterprise data migration and master data management in SAP environments. Knowledge of people enablement and change management practices related to SAP adoption. Experience with Jira, qTest, and other project management and test management tools, or similar technical stacks. Skills: Technologies utilized: SAP S/4 HANA, SAP BTP/Integration Suite, SAP C4C, FICA modules, BASIS, ABAP programming interfacing with current standard SAP APIs and older BAPIs, amongst other modules. Preferred Skills: SAP S/4 HANA, SAP BTP/Integration Suite. Nice to Have: ABAP, C4C, BASIS, SAP GRC. Also maybe list other skills. We must avoid duplication. Ensure we preserve all info. Could combine some. We must not include boilerplate like EEO etc. Remove that. We must not include application instructions. We must not include cookie/navigation. Now produce HTML fragment. Check for any duplicated content: We have responsibilities covering all description points. Good. We omitted the line "The day to day will be techno-functional design and test result reviews for SAP systems. This will especially involve identifying best practice opportunities and fit-gap analysis to determine whether customizations are needed." That's part of Qualifications? Actually it's under Qualifications heading in original. We missed that. Should include somewhere, maybe under Responsibilities or Qualifications. It's a description of day-to-day. Could add to Responsibilities as a bullet: "Perform techno‑functional design and test result reviews for SAP systems, identifying best practice opportunities and conducting fit‑gap analysis to determine whether customizations are needed." Add that bullet. Also we missed "Technologies utilized: SAP S/4 HANA, SAP BTP/Integration Suite, SAP C4C, FICA modules, BASIS, ABAP programming interfacing with current standard SAP APIs and older BAPIs, amongst other modules." Already in Skills. We also missed "Preferred Skills:SAP S/4 HANASAP BTP/Integration Suite Nice to Have:ABAPC4CBASISSAP GRC". Already in Skills. We missed "Required:Minimum 7 years of experience in SAP solution delivery, including design, configuration, development, and integration activities." Already in Requirements.
