Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in information technology, computer science, data engineering, software engineering, or a related field strongly preferred
- 2-3+ years of experience in integration engineering, data pipeline development, software development, or a related technical discipline required
- Combinations of related education and experience may be considered
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities
- Proficiency in at least one integration development language (e.g., Python, C#, JavaScript, or equivalent)
- Experience building API integrations using REST or event-driven patterns
- Working knowledge of data pipeline development including ETL/ELT processes and SQL
- Familiarity with cloud-based data platforms (e.g., Microsoft Fabric, Azure Data Lake, or equivalent)
- Experience with automation platforms (e.g., UiPath, Power Automate, or equivalent workflow tooling)
- Proficiency with version control systems (e.g., Git)
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum delivery practices
- Understanding of data quality, governance, and security principles as applied to pipeline and integration development
- Ability to configure, customize, and extend vended software systems including CRM platforms
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex system issues independently
- Ability to participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to maintain confidentiality
Additional Information
- This is a hybrid role based in Bloomington, Indiana, with an in-office schedule of Monday, Wednesday, and Friday, and remote flexibility on Tuesday and Thursday.
- The hiring range for this position is $70,000 - $75,000 annually, commensurate with experience.
