IT - DPH - Internet / Web Engineer - Consultant

Location: Cayce, South Carolina (Hybrid – one day onsite per week). Initial 12-month contract with possibility of extension. Candidates must be current residents of South Carolina; relocation is not available.

About the role

We are seeking an Internet / Web Engineer Consultant to develop and maintain web applications and internet-based systems within a state-level Public Health environment.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain web applications and internet-based systems.
• Collaborate with internal teams to define project requirements and specifications.
• Ensure the technical feasibility of UI/UX designs.
• Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to web infrastructure.

Requirements

• 6+ years of experience with Microsoft Office 365 SharePoint.
• 6+ years of experience with security and data classification related to CDC, HIPAA, and C+ JIS.
• 3+ years of experience in designing and implementing state-level Public Health system architectures.
• 6+ years of experience with Microsoft Active Directory.
• 6+ years of experience with Azure Power Platform, Power BI, PowerApps.
• 6+ years of experience with PowerShell scripting.
• 6+ years of experience with CSS, HTML, JavaScript, XML, RSS.

Preferred Skills

• O365 Power BI (highest priority).
