About the role
The Director, IT Corporate Finance at Mohawk Industries is responsible for the technology strategy, delivery, and operations for the company's corporate finance function. This includes end-to-end accountability for OneStream and related financial platforms, ensuring Finance has modern, reliable, and well-governed systems for planning, consolidation, reporting, and analytics.
Responsibilities
- Own the technology strategy, delivery, and day-to-day operations for Mohawk's corporate finance systems, serving as the senior IT Business Partner to the Finance organization.
- Lead the administration, enhancement, and multi-year roadmap of OneStream, ensuring the platform meets evolving business requirements for planning, consolidation, reporting, and analytics.
- Own the integration architecture and operations across all corporate finance platforms, including data flows between the ERP, OneStream, and upstream business unit systems. Ensure integrations are reliable, auditable, well-documented, and aligned with enterprise architecture standards.
- Within Mohawk's federated operating model, partner with business unit IT teams to ensure corporate finance platforms accommodate segment-specific configurations, data feeds, and reporting requirements within a consistent enterprise architecture.
- Develop and manage the annual IT budget for corporate finance systems, including software licensing, vendor services, and capital projects. Present investment business cases to Finance and IT leadership.
- Oversee end-to-end delivery of financial and corporate technology projects, including requirements gathering, vendor coordination, testing oversight, deployment planning, and change management.
- Implement and operate technical data governance controls, including automated data quality monitoring, validation rules in integration pipelines, data lineage and traceability tooling, and role-based access management across financial platforms. Partner with the Finance Process Architect to operationalize the financial data governance framework.
- Evaluate, pilot, and deploy AI and machine learning capabilities within OneStream and adjacent platforms to enhance forecasting, anomaly detection, and automation of routine financial processes.
- Manage vendor relationships, contracts, and service-level agreements for OneStream, integration partners, and other finance technology providers.
- Ensure all financial systems and technology changes satisfy SOX IT general controls, collaborating with Internal Audit, external auditors, and the IT Governance team to close findings and sustain compliance.
- Lead a team of IT professionals responsible for OneStream support, financial application management, integrations, and analytics solutions.
- Serve as escalation point for critical system incidents affecting financial close, reporting, or regulatory deliverables.
- Develop and maintain a multi-year technology roadmap for corporate finance systems, co-owned with the Finance Process Architect from a business-value and prioritization perspective.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- 10+ years of experience in IT, enterprise systems, or technology solution delivery.
- 5+ years of leadership experience overseeing enterprise application teams or complex system implementations.
- Direct experience with OneStream (or comparable CPM/EPM platforms such as Hyperion, Anaplan, or Planful) required, including platform administration, workflow design, or large-scale implementation.
- Experience supporting Finance or Corporate Functions with technology solutions required.
- Experience operating in a SOX-compliant manufacturing or multi-segment environment strongly preferred.
- Familiarity with SAP (including S/4HANA integration to financial consolidation platforms), Oracle and/or related cloud-based systems.
- Experience designing and managing enterprise integration architectures (APIs, ETL, middleware) across financial platforms preferred.
- Experience with data governance tooling, data quality monitoring, and master data management preferred.
- Certifications in project management, cloud technologies, enterprise architecture, or analytics preferred.
Qualifications
- Deep expertise in OneStream (or comparable CPM/EPM platforms) and its role within an enterprise technology ecosystem, including planning, close, consolidation, reporting, and analytics workflows.
- Strong understanding of enterprise integration patterns, middleware platforms, and data flow architecture across ERP and financial consolidation systems.
- Proficiency with Power BI, including data modeling, report development, dashboard design, and administration within an enterprise reporting environment.
- Proven ability to act as a strategic business partner, co-creating technology strategies and solutions with cross-functional leaders in Finance and corporate functions.
- Demonstrated success in leading complex, cross-functional IT initiatives with strong project leadership, change management, and stakeholder alignment skills.
- Strong vendor and contract management capabilities, including negotiation, SLA governance, and partner relationship management.
- Experience with data governance tooling, data quality monitoring, and master data management in a multi-segment finance environment.
- Excellent communication, relationship-building, and stakeholder-management abilities across technical and non-technical audiences.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate business needs into technical solutions and actionable project plans.
- High integrity and discretion when handling sensitive financial and corporate information.

Pay
The salary range for this role is $180,000 - $220,000 annually, depending on experience and qualifications.
Schedule
This role is full-time and based in our corporate headquarters in Dalton, Georgia.
