Responsibilities
- Shape and lead the company’s technology roadmap, aligning infrastructure, applications, and security priorities with business goals.
- Oversee integration design across internal platforms and client-required systems, ensuring reliable data exchange and resolving connectivity or accuracy issues.
- Direct governance for key business applications, including Salesforce oversight, file management controls, and administration of software tools used across the organization.
- Manage software and technology vendors, including service performance reviews, contract negotiations, renewals, and opportunities to streamline the vendor portfolio.
- Establish and maintain infrastructure standards covering networks, systems, and overall IT architecture to support stability and scalability.
- Strengthen cybersecurity practices by advancing policies, controls, risk mitigation efforts, and coordination with external auditors on findings and remediation.
- Serve as a point of contact for client security reviews by preparing documentation, completing assessments, and communicating the organization’s control environment.
- Lead technology onboarding and offboarding activities, including account provisioning, equipment coordination, access removal, and asset tracking.
- Partner with internal stakeholders to evaluate new technology needs, recommend solutions, and oversee implementation of system enhancements or integrations.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in information technology, computer science, or a related discipline, or equivalent practical experience.
- At least 7 years of progressive experience in IT or technology functions, including 2 or more years in a leadership capacity.
- Demonstrated success managing external service providers, software vendors, and contract negotiations.
- Working knowledge of security and compliance frameworks, along with experience supporting audits and remediation activities.
- Experience with business systems administration and platform integrations in a multi-system environment.
- Strong project management capabilities with the ability to balance strategic planning and hands-on execution.
- Solid understanding of network infrastructure, technical operations, and enterprise security best practices.
