IT Digital Identity Co-Op (Spring 2027)

Location: Greenville, South Carolina, United States

Work term: January 11 – May 14, 2027 (40 hours / week, on-site)

About the role

Supports the agile Digital Identity Sub Product Owner, Agile Master, and Feature Teams in delivering solutions to the Product Owner. Responsibilities span organization, documentation, testing, software development, and lifecycle management of applications.

Responsibilities

• Supports the transition from the old to the new IT operations provider.
• Assists in collecting and clarifying requirements for new use cases and functionality of existing password-management, strong-authentication, and PKI tools.
• Performs software development in Java or a similar programming language.
• Reviews technical documentation and migrates content into Confluence as needed.
• Creates, maintains, and enhances Power BI dashboards for operational and KPI tracking.
• Automates operational tasks using scripts or small program modules (e.g., Java, PowerShell).
• Participates in internal projects involving tools or processes (Cloud, Confluence/Jira reporting).
• Generates operational reports for the team, including proficiency with Excel and finance-related data.

Assignment Projects

• Provider Transition: Move from the existing IT operations provider to the new provider.
• Create and establish a Product Depot along with a continuous improvement process.

Requirements

• Minimum cumulative GPA of 3.0 (not just in major).
• Enrolled student status at an accredited four-year college or university in the United States.
• Completed at least 30 credit hours at the time of application.
• Must be able to work full-time on-site (40 hours / week).
• Transfer students must have a GPA from their current university.
• Must attach a copy of an unofficial transcript.
• Must complete and pass a substance abuse test before the work term.
• Must remain an enrolled student during all three rotations.
