About the role
The Zebra Information Technology Development Program (ITDP) is a three-year (graduate) program designed to build versatile technology leaders through cross-functional experience in multiple areas of Information Technology & Security.
Responsibilities
- Gain knowledge, insight, and understanding of business concepts, tools, and processes; learn to apply this knowledge appropriately in diverse situations.
- Execute technical deliverables as defined in each rotation job description.
- Support key IT Projects from various perspectives throughout the program.
- Play an active role in the IT Development Program activities including various types of training, program event coordination, team meetings, leadership updates, and mentorship program.
- Develop leadership and management skills through on-the-job experience and additional training opportunities.
Requirements
Must be flexible to specific rotation job requirements and be able to navigate a changing work environment. Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without requiring sponsorship now or in the future.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Security, Information Systems or a related technical field.
- Strong analytical, evaluative, and problem-solving skills.
- Experience working in a team-oriented, collaborative environment.
- Demonstrated technical expertise across multiple technologies.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to articulate technical problems in clear and simple terms.

Pay
$61,040.00 - $91,560.00 Annual Incentive Compensation In addition to base pay, Zebra offers this role the opportunity to earn a performance-based annual cash incentive, at a target equal to 5% of base pay, in accordance with the terms of the applicable incentive plan.
Schedule
This is a hybrid role located in either Lincolnshire, IL, Holtsville, NY or Kennesaw, GA. The expectation is at least 3 days of in-office attendance weekly.
