About the Role
Maintains, analyzes, installs and resolves second level desktop computer and computing appliance issues for organization’s end-users, including (but not limited to) answering questions, providing advice, troubleshooting hardware and software problems using diagnostic tools and/or troubleshooting procedures. Contributes to the completion of specific programs and projects (e.g., assist in the design and configuration of a distributed computer system environment with appropriate hardware, operating system software, application software, and communication components to solve business/office requirements).
Reports to: Director/IT Infrastructure Services
Responsibilities
- Maintain, analyze, install, and resolve second-level desktop computer and computing appliance issues for end-users
- Troubleshoot hardware and software problems using diagnostic tools and procedures
- Assist in the design and configuration of distributed computer system environments
- Provide advice and answer questions for end-users
Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED (Bachelor’s degree in a related field preferred)
- 2 years of job-related experience
- Valid State Driver’s License
- Seven (7) year driving record from the Department of Motor Vehicles with no more than six (6) points and no indication of poor driving habits
- Must be at least 21 years of age
- Use of personal vehicles is required; must maintain adequate insurance coverage
TMH will reimburse the business use of a personal vehicle in accordance with IRS procedures. Personal vehicles will be used to provide service to TMH colleagues, not paying customers.
