Title: IT Desktop Support / Infrastructure Support Engineer (L1/L2) Location: Indianapolis, IN Position: Contract Jd Role Descriptions: 1. Experience in Workstation and Basic Hardware Tier 1 and Tier 2 support Ready to work in evening/night shift and provide on-call support for critical production issues Excellent troubleshooting skills Able to maintain a high level of confidentiality and professionalism Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks Strong customer-service orientation Effective interpersonal and relationship-building skills Ability to learn new technologies to perform day to day support operations Basic knowledge of networking Windows cyber security Management knowledge Roles & Responsibilities Provide Tier 1 and Tier 2 Support for various IT applications. Support Activities include: - Basic PC Hardware Support- Virtual Desktop/iPads/Printers/ IGELS/ Servers Support Access Request Handling Escalate issue to appropriate teams and follow up for closure Patching of windows workstation/server .
