IT Deployment Technician

Field Responsibilities

  • Aid the IT Network and Low Voltage Installation team.
  • Support rip and replace projects.
  • Install low voltage cabling and pull old low voltage cabling.
  • Aid the Low Voltage Team in the on-prem installation process.
  • Perform site scans.
  • Assist the Networking team with inventory and configuration.
  • Clean up job sites upon completion.

Skills & Qualifications

  • Ability to provide support to users with a professional, patient, and polite attitude.
  • Ability to troubleshoot and problem solve on a regular basis.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills with attention to detail.
  • Ability to take direction from the Low Voltage Field Technician Team.
  • Willingness to learn in a quick pace environment.

Education & Experience

High School Diploma or Equivalent Education required.

Physical Requirements

  • Travel requirements will be at minimum 80% with some weekend travel and overnight stays, required.
  • Ability to stand, walk, and move throughout job sites for extended periods.
  • Ability to bend, kneel, crouch, and crawl in tight spaces.
  • Ability to work in unfinished construction environments.
  • Ability to lift and carry 50+ pounds regularly.
