IT Deployment Team Member

About the role

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join an IT Deployment Team. In this role, you will be responsible for the delivery, installation, configuration, and support of laptops across multiple locations. You will work collaboratively with team members to ensure efficient deployment of technology assets while maintaining a high level of customer service.

Responsibilities

• Deliver, install, and configure computers
• Prepare workstations, peripherals, and software for deployment
• Maintain accurate records of equipment deployment and status
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues on-site or remotely
• Follow safety procedures and best practices during deployment activities
• Communicate effectively with end users and team members
• Maintain organization and cleanliness of deployment storage areas
• Travel to different sites as required (travel expenses reimbursed in accordance with applicable guidelines)

Physical Requirements

• Ability to lift, push, and carry equipment weighing up to 50 pounds
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and reach for extended periods during deployment activities

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; technical certifications are a plus
• Prior experience in IT deployment, hardware installation, or a similar role preferred
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation

Work Environment

Fast-paced, team-oriented environment. May involve travel between multiple work locations (travel expenses reimbursed in accordance with applicable guidelines).
