IT Demand and Portfolio Specialist

Responsibilities

• Facilitate the IT demand management process for incoming requests
• Establish intake standards for service requests and projects
• Develop and maintain dashboards for demand visibility
• Partner with stakeholders to organize and evaluate business cases
• Monitor demand lifecycle to ensure efficient request progression
• Govern the demand pipeline for prioritized initiatives
• Design tools to support project managers in resource planning

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
• 5-7 years of IT or similar professional experience
• Healthcare environment experience is beneficial
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification preferred
• IT or professional certifications such as Epic, Workday, ServiceNow, or ITIL preferred
