IT Portfolio Analyst

Responsibilities

• Oversight of new IT project requests, ensuring alignment with strategic priorities.
• Maintenance and updating of the IT project portfolio, tracking status, milestones, and dependencies.
• Analysis of resource allocation and delivery data to identify potential risks and optimize project execution.
• Development of executive dashboards and reports to support governance reviews and strategic decisions.
• Cohesion with stakeholders to communicate project updates and governance decisions effectively.
• Support for continuous improvement initiatives within IT demand management and PMO operations.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, Finance, or related field.
• 3–7 years of experience in IT PMO, portfolio management, or governance-related roles.
• Strong analytical and organizational skills with a keen attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
• Proficiency in developing executive-level reports and presentations.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with tools such as ServiceNow, Jira, Smartsheet, Microsoft Project, Power BI, and Advanced Excel.
• Familiarity with Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid project delivery methodologies.
• Certifications like PMP, CAPM, or Agile/Scrum are a plus.
