IT|Delivery Management - Project Manager

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end project planning, execution, monitoring, and delivery.
• Manage Epic Beaker or Epic Willow implementation, optimization, and activation activities.
• Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, budgets, and resource allocations.
• Cook up cross-functional teams including clinical operations, IT, laboratory, pharmacy, vendors, and executive stakeholders.
• Drive risk identification, mitigation planning, and issue resolution.
• Manage operational readiness, workflow redesign, and change management initiatives.
• Ensure successful technology integration including laboratory systems, interfaces, automation, and supporting infrastructure.
• Facilitate executive steering committee meetings and project governance.
• Track project metrics, milestones, deliverables, and financial performance.
• Lead vendor coordination and third-party implementation activities.
• Support relocation planning and go-live readiness.
• Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and organizational standards.

Required Qualifications

• 5-8+ years of Project Management experience.
• Minimum 2 years managing Healthcare IT projects.
• Strong experience managing Epic implementations.
• Hands-on experience with: - Epic Beaker (Lab) or - Epic Willow (Pharmacy)
• Experience leading enterprise technology initiatives.
• Proven expertise in project planning, budgeting, scheduling, and resource management.
• Strong stakeholder and executive communication skills.
• Experience leading cross-functional technical teams.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
