IT - Cutover Lead
The Role
As an IT – Cutover Lead, you will collaborate with innovative 3Mers around the world to lead planning and facilitation of end-to-end walkthroughs, execute cutover plans, prepare continuity plans, and support the global cutover team in executing cutover workshops. You will also assist in preparing gate deliverables.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or higher (completed and verified prior to start) and five (5) years’ experience in Information Technology in a manufacturing, private, public, government, or military environment.
- High School Diploma/GED (completed and verified prior to start) and eight (8) years’ experience in Information Technology in a manufacturing, distribution center, private, public, government, or military environment.
- Six Sigma Black Belt experience is preferred.
- Project management experience is preferred.
- Past Business Transformation deployment experience is preferred.
- Cross-functional business experience.
- Facilitation skills and experience.

Work location: Maplewood 3M Center
Travel
May include up to 15% domestic/international travel

Compensation
The expected compensation range for this position is $124,127 - $151,710, which includes base pay plus variable incentive pay, if eligible.
