Location: Warminster, PA – fully on-site position at Ann’s Choice, a continuing-care retirement community managed by Erickson Senior Living.
About the role
Provide hands-on technology support to residents and staff at an award-winning senior-living community. Work onsite daily, assist with tech needs, manage equipment, and collaborate with diverse teams. Occasional travel to other Erickson-managed properties. Comprehensive training provided.
Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 2 support for computers, tablets, phones, point-of-sale systems, printers, network devices, and other technology assets.
- Assist resident customers through Erickson Resident Computer Services (ERCS), community computer clubs, and resident computer labs.
- Support information-security initiatives by educating customers, identifying and reporting compliance concerns, and mitigating identified risks.
- Collaborate with project teams on business and IT initiatives.
- Deploy and manage IT equipment inventory, including tracking, maintenance, sanitization, and disposal.
- Contribute to the creation, implementation, and documentation of IT Customer Support procedures.
- Provide IT support for other Erickson-managed properties as needed.
Requirements
- Minimum of 1 year of relevant work experience; education may be considered in lieu of experience.
- Job-related technical certifications such as CompTIA A+ are strongly preferred; ongoing pursuit of certifications is considered evidence of continuous learning.
- CompTIA A+ certification required within 6 months of employment.

Pay
$27–$29 per hour.
Schedule
Full-time, 40 hours per week.
