About the role

The IT Consultant Sr provides production support, serves as a point‑of‑contact for major systems outages, and supports deployment and implementation of network and desktop‑environment enhancements.

Responsibilities

• Provide system user support, monitoring, troubleshooting, configuring, and enhancing the existing network and desktop environment.
• Provide advanced business partner support for the network and desktop environment.
• Serve as point‑of‑contact across several areas or disciplines to solve major systems outages with high impact or visibility.
• Provide deployment/implementation support, including planning and executing new network designs, configurations, or enhancements to the existing network and desktop environment.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, a related field, or a foreign equivalent.

Minimum of 6 years of experience in the offered role or a related occupation.

Skills

• 6 years of experience with solution architecture and understanding systems integration design.
• 6 years of experience with technical application support and troubleshooting.
• 6 years of experience with project lifecycle skills (SDLC, waterfall, Agile).
• 6 years of experience with technical analysis skills (analyzing requirements and translating them into technical solutions).
• 3 years of experience with network monitoring skills, including tools such as Dynatrace.

Schedule

40 hours per week.

Role requires up to 10% domestic travel as needed.
