IT Co-op (May to December 2027) - International Falls

Pinciple Accountabilities

• Aid with help desk tasks: basic end-user support, resolve IT-related issues – hardware, software, printers, mobile devices, and network.
• Aid with computer setup: prepare computers, clear data from previous users, and prepare them for new users.
• Aid with network documentation: label physical network taps and create drawings and documentation.
• Aid in documenting issues and fixes.
• Inventory and document IT equipment.
• Lift and transport equipment of various weights.
• Clean workstations of malicious software, such as viruses, spyware, etc.
• Perform other related duties as required.

Basic Qualifications

• Junior or Senior working towards a 4-year degree in Computer Science.
• Current valid driver’s license.
• Authorized to work in the U.S.

Compensation And Benefits

• Starting salary range for position: $29.00 to $30.00 hourly.
• Paid holidays.
• Eligible to enroll in certain benefit coverages within the first 30 days of employment, including medical, dental, and vision, and automatic enrollment in life, AD&D, and disability coverages.
• Automatic enrollment in the 401k plan with both pre-tax and Roth contribution options and employer provided matching contributions.
