IT Co-op (January to August 2027) - International Falls

Pinciple Accountabilities

• Aid with help desk tasks: basic end-user support, resolve IT-related issues (hardware, software, printers, mobile devices, network).
• Aid in building and deploying computers: prepare computers, clear data from previous users, and set up for new users.
• Aid in network documentation: label physical network taps and create drawings/documentation.
• Aid in documenting issues and fixes.
• Inventory and document IT equipment.
• Lift and transport equipment of various weights.
• Clean workstations of malicious software, such as viruses, spyware, etc.
• Perform other related duties as required.

Basic Qualifications

• Junior or Senior working towards a 4-year degree in Computer Science.
• Current valid driver’s license.
• Authorized to work in the U.S.

Compensation And Benefits

• Starting salary range: $29.00 to $30.00 hourly.
• Paid holidays.
• Eligible for certain benefit coverages within 30 days of employment, including medical, dental, vision, life, AD&D, and disability.
• Automatic enrollment in the 401k plan upon hire.
• The 401k plan offers both pre-tax and Roth contribution options along with employer provided matching contributions.
