IT Change Manager
About the role
This role drives the execution and adoption of enterprise change initiatives within a dynamic banking environment. The position leads stakeholder engagement, communication, and training strategies while ensuring alignment with governance, audit, and SDLC requirements. This role partners across business and technology teams to deliver compliant, high-quality outcomes, leveraging data and metrics to track effectiveness and support decision-making.
Responsibilities

Requirements
- University Degree or equivalent work experience.
- At least 5-8 years of experience in change management.
- At least 2 years of project management or lead experience.
- Experience with Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) methodologies such as Agile, Waterfall, and Iterative.
- Proficiency in using JIRA, Confluence, and BMC Remedy.
- Experience with JQL within Jira and other applications.
- Experience working in a global organization, including with onshore/offshore models.
Preferred Qualifications
- 5-7 years of experience in the banking domain.
- 3-4 years of experience in a governance-focused role.
