Responsibilities
- Lead light-to-moderate project management duties, including organizing deliverables, tracking milestones, maintaining risks/issues, and supporting typical ongoing governance routines.
- Maintain strong relationships with business stakeholders and external partners, ensuring expectations are clearly communicated and that IT solutions align with strategic goals.
- Provide focused business analysis support such as assisting with requirements clarification, documenting processes at a high level, and supporting decision-making discussions.
- Limited testing support may be required, including reviewing requirements for completeness, validating solution behaviors, and confirming that final deliverables meet business needs.
Technical & Methodology Expertise
- Practical experience with Azure DevOps, Agile frameworks, and standard SDLC practices.
- Supporting backlog management, refining user stories, coordinating sprint activities, and ensuring traceability across the development lifecycle.
- Contribute to effective visibility of work and promote consistent communication between business and IT teams.
Requirements
- Experience as a BA, BRM, Project Coordinator, or similar role - (3-5) years
- Experience gathering and documenting business and technical requirements - 5 years
- Experience supporting Agile teams and SDLC processes - 5 years
- Hands on experience using Azure DevOps or similar work management tools - 3 years
- Experience coordinating testing activities and supporting UAT - (3-5) years
- Experience managing project deliverables, milestones, risks, and issues - 3 years
- Experience facilitating stakeholder communication and alignment across business and IT - 5 years
- Experience documenting business processes at a high level and supporting clarification of requirements - (3-5) years
- Experience supporting backlog refinement, user story development, and sprint coordination - (3-5) years
