IT Business Partner

We are looking for an accomplished IT Business Partner to join our Group IT team and serve as a strategic advisor to one of our business divisions.

Responsibilities

Operate at senior leadership level, helping business leaders identify how technology can drive efficiency, performance, and long‑term growth. Act as the critical link between IT and operational leadership teams to ensure technology investments deliver measurable value and align with organisational strategy. This role does not involve independent procurement or vendor selection, software configuration or development, or direct vendor engagement outside the approved Group IT channel.

Requirements

• Significant experience as a PMO Lead, Senior Project Manager, or Business Analyst.
• Background working in federated, complex, or multi‑site organisations.
• Experience working within structured governance environments.
• Strong understanding of project lifecycles and change management practices.
• Willingness to travel across multiple UK sites.

Qualifications

• Solution, Data, or Enterprise Architecture exposure.
• ERP programme or platform experience.
• Manufacturing sector background.

• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Ability to influence at all levels, without direct authority.
• Strong planning, organisational, and governance skills.
• Ability to balance multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
• Skilled at turning business needs into structured IT requirements.
