This senior-level position is part of Citi’s Third-Party Source to Pay Technology team, managing and implementing core and strategic platforms and automation initiatives in the Staffing Office and Supply Chain domain. The role bridges business users and technologists to facilitate clear, logical information exchange in coordination with the Technology team.
Responsibilities
- Implement and support strategic corporate SaaS platforms (SAP Fieldglass, SAP Concur) and middleware integration layer.
- Manage external vendor relationships to ensure compliance with Citi’s Information Security and Data Management policies and controls.
- Provide input during development and implementation phases, including defining systems scope, objectives, and necessary enhancements for complex, high-impact projects.
- Identify and communicate risks and impacts, proposing risk mitigation options while considering business implications of technology.
- Consult with business clients to determine system functional specifications and collaborate with multiple management teams to meet organizational objectives.
- Perform feasibility analysis for significant process changes and partner with business teams to develop process improvements and streamline operational workflows.
- Evaluate new IT developments and evolving business requirements, recommending systems alternatives or enhancements based on business processes, systems, and industry standards.
- Provide in-depth, sophisticated analyses with interpretive thinking to define problems, develop innovative solutions, and influence strategic functional decisions.
- Supervise day-to-day staff management, including resource allocation, mentoring, coaching, and other assigned duties.
- Serve as a subject matter expert (SME) to senior stakeholders and team members.
- Assess risk in business decisions, ensuring compliance with laws, rules, and regulations, and adhering to ethical standards to safeguard Citigroup’s reputation and assets.
Requirements
- 6-10 years of relevant experience.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Visio, PowerPoint), with extensive experience using Excel for data analysis.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experience with all phases of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
- Comprehensive knowledge of business analysis principles.
- Experience implementing and managing SaaS platforms like SAP Fieldglass and SAP Concur.
- Experience utilizing AI/Gen AI tools and technologies to solve complex business problems.
- Exposure to Gen-AI concepts, including:
- Large Language Models (LLMs) and transformer-based systems.
- Prompt engineering and basic agent workflows.
- Vector search and retrieval concepts.
- Familiarity with Gen-AI frameworks/tools such as LangChain, LangGraph, MLflow, or workflow orchestration tools (e.g., n8n). Hands-on experience preferred, but deep ML expertise is not mandatory.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
- Master’s degree preferred.

Pay
$103,920.00 - $155,880.00 annual salary.
