About the role
Support project planning, coordination, and implementation of small business requests with a focus on digitalization (AI, Microsoft Power Platform, Data Visualization). Assist in identifying, designing, and implementing internal process improvements using agile and lean methodologies. Create presentations and communication documents following Corporate Identity standards. Contribute to the agile transformation roadmap.
Responsibilities
- Provide project management support for project planning and coordination
- Manage and document small business requests, evaluate options, and support digitalization development
- Help identify, design, and implement internal process improvements (agile/lean)
- Create presentations and communication documents using Corporate Identity standards
- Support projects spanning one or more functional areas
- Perform tasks related to the agile transformation roadmap
Requirements
- Pursuing a degree in Information Technology, Engineering, Business, or a related field
- Minimum cumulative GPA of 3.0 (transfer students must have a GPA from current university)
- Enrolled student status at an accredited four-year college or university in the United States
- Completed at least 30 credit hours at time of application
- Ability to complete 3 work terms for Co-op positions
- Must attach a copy of unofficial transcript
- Must pass a substance abuse test before the work term
Skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Willingness to learn Jira, Confluence, and Power BI
- Analytical mindset with openness to innovative ideas
- Ideally has an IT background
