About the role
This is an exciting IT Business Analyst opportunity with our healthcare Client based in Atlanta, Georgia. The role is a Hybrid position with a contract duration of 12 to 24 months.
Responsibilities
- Experience in project coordination, including scheduling, tracking deliverables, engaging and facilitating communication among stakeholders, and ensuring adherence to timelines and quality standards.
- Excellent customer service skills and strong written and verbal communication abilities.
- One (1) year experience working with advanced PowerPoint & Excel functions (including, formulas, pivot tables, vlookup, etc.).
- Collaborate with clients to develop and implement knowledge management strategies for new applications.
- Carefully coordinate projects, ensuring timelines, deliverables, and stakeholder communication are managed effectively.
- Support process improvement by helping develop and maintain standardized tools, templates, and workflows.
- Advise and recommend areas of program planning, business requirements management, budget execution and program coordination.
- Prepare needs assessment.
- Validate resource requirements and develop cost estimate models.
- Conduct and coordinate financial, product, market, operational, and related research to support strategic and business planning within the various departments and programs of the client group.
- Interpret, evaluate, and interrelate research data, and develop integrated business analyses and projections for incorporation into strategic decision-making.
- Plan and coordinate the development of primary and secondary market research studies in support of strategic planning and specific marketing initiatives, as required, and present findings of studies to client committees.
- Provide consultative, advisory, technical, and staff support, as appropriate.
- Able to use survey and market research methodologies, systems, and techniques.
