IT Business Analyst

About the role

The Business Analyst will focus on capturing and understanding the business requirements at a user story level. This position will be with National Indemnity Company in Omaha, NE with a hybrid 50% in the office work environment. This position is not eligible for employer visa sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Participate and collaborate on an Agile development team.
• Understand the overall business flow by working with Product Owners, subject matter experts (SMEs) and business teams on a regular basis.
• Define improvements to business processes and products.
• Assist decision-makers in gathering information in order to make informed decisions.
• Collaborate with Product Owners and Quality Assurance (QA) to identify and write the detailed requirements of test cases creating and maintaining business and product artifacts

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business or related field or equivalent
• Knowledge of Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, etc.)
