Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee change governance and risk controls.
• Review and manage high-risk changes to ensure readiness and mitigation planning.
• Coordinate global change activities and validate implementation plans.
• Analyze incidents to identify opportunities for improvement.
• Facilitate coordination and communication between infrastructure and application teams.

Qualifications

• 5 years of experience in network operations, infrastructure, or change management.
• Strong understanding of change management principles.
• Experience in fast-paced, high-volume environments.
• Ability to manage priorities across multiple teams.
• Strong critical thinking and risk assessment skills.
