IT Audit Manager
Position Overview
We are currently seeking an IT Audit Manager interested in supporting our Federal client’s mission. This role offers a supportive team, resources, and training to succeed.
Key Responsibilities
- Leading IT/FISCAM and FISMA Audit engagements
- Leading client meetings (including Executive-level briefings)
- Evaluating IT General Controls (ITGCs) using NIST standards and frameworks
- Leading and coaching Staff and Senior level team members
- Leading IT and cybersecurity audits in accordance with Government standards
- Analyzing data and creating outputs summarizing client’s IT and cybersecurity posture
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in business-related field
- Minimum 5 Years experience with related work (at least 2 years performing IT testing in support of a financial statement audit and/or FISMA Audit)
- CISA and/or CISSP Certification
- Experience leading IT audits to include leading walkthroughs and documenting IT audit work papers, and audit deliverables
- Experience and strong desire coaching and developing Staff and Senior level team members
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a strong attention to details
- FISMA audit and/or IT audit experience in support of a Financial Statement Audit to include workpaper review of Staff and Senior level team members preferred
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, and Word)
- Strong experience with Microsoft PowerApps preferred
Required Security Clearance
Must be able to pass a basic government suitability check (US Citizenship required)

Compensation
Final compensation will be determined based on a range of factors, including relevant experience, education, work location, security clearance level, certifications, and other factors permitted by applicable law. Salary ranges listed reflect the Washington, DC metropolitan area.
