IT Asset Repair Technician

Responsibilities

• Diagnose, repair, and recondition company computing devices—primarily laptops, desktops, iOS devices, and kiosks—returning them to fully functional, working condition with quick turnaround
• Maintain component inventory
• Create and follow standardized repair processes

Education/Qualifications

• High school graduate or equivalent
• Some form of post-secondary IT technical training or equivalent hands-on experience
• Familiarity with the Microsoft Office product suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Microsoft Windows 10/11, including operating system installation, imaging, and recovery
• Minimum of two (2) years of hands-on experience repairing computer hardware, including laptops, desktops, kiosks, and mobile devices
• Hands-on experience replacing internal components (screens, batteries, RAM, storage drives, keyboards)
