IT Asset Management Project Analyst / ITAM Program Support

Experience

• Supporting ServiceNow ITAM, SAM Pro, HAM Pro, CMDB, or related technology governance initiatives.
• Supporting project delivery in IT Asset Management, technology operations, regulatory, compliance, risk, or audit-related environments.

Skills

• Project coordination and organizational skills, managing multiple priorities and workstreams under tight timelines.
• Developing structured documentation, status reports, trackers, meeting notes, and follow-up actions with high accuracy and accountability.
• Knowledge of ITAM concepts including asset inventory, software and hardware lifecycle management, ownership, entitlement tracking, and governance controls.
• Effective communication skills working across technical and non-technical teams.
• Proficiency in ServiceNow HAM/SAMPro modules and CMDB, Jira and Confluence.
