About the role

As a Marketing Technology Applications Manager for Email and Journey Platforms, you will help own the operational health and evolution of the technology that powers AWS email and B2B customer journeys. This includes Adobe Marketo Engage, Adobe Experience Platform, Adobe Journey Optimizer B2B, and the APIs, data pipelines, integrations, and delivery services that connect them. This is a hands-on technical individual contributor role embedded within Channel Technology and Operations.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the operational health and performance of AWS email and B2B customer journey platforms, including Adobe Marketo Engage, Adobe Experience Platform, and Adobe Journey Optimizer B2B.
• Manage and optimize APIs, data pipelines, integrations, and delivery services that connect these platforms.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless functionality and evolution of marketing technology solutions.
• Troubleshoot technical issues and implement improvements to enhance system reliability and efficiency.
