IT Applications Manager (Integration)
Job Summary
The IT Applications Manager – Integration will lead the design, implementation, integration, and operational support of enterprise application integrations across the organization. This role is responsible for enabling secure, scalable, and standards-based interoperability between business systems, including EHR platforms (HL7 & FHIR), cloud environments (AWS), and enterprise platforms such as Salesforce.
Essential Functions
- Lead architecture, development, and lifecycle management of enterprise integrations.
- Architect and manage integrations within AWS (API Gateway, Lambda, SQS/SNS, RDS).
- Establish API governance and interoperability standards across platforms.
- Support integration across all enterprise systems.
- Ensure proper monitoring, alerting, and issue resolution processes.
- Ensure HIPAA and healthcare data compliance.
- Lead and mentor integration engineers and analysts.
- Capture cross-functional collaboration between infrastructure, security, and application teams.
- Oversee project planning, delivery timelines, and resource allocation.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Required/Preferred Education And Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information science, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- 5+ years in enterprise application integration.
- 2+ years in a technical leadership or management role.
- Working experience with HL7, FHIR, CCD/CDA, RESTful APIs and middleware platforms, and AWS cloud services.
Required/Preferred Education And Experience (continued)
- Experience with interface engines (e.g., GraphQL, Mirth) preferred.
- AWS certifications preferred.
- Salesforce integration certification preferred.
Knowledge, Skills And Abilities
- Strong understanding of healthcare interoperability standards.

Pay
The Annual Salary For This Position Is $119,000.00 to $140,000.00
