About the role

This senior individual contributor role involves developing internet applications and software tools, collaborating with product teams to define product vision, and creating end-to-end solutions. Responsibilities include architecting, designing, developing, and testing member-facing applications/systems using cloud platforms, content management systems (CMS), and traditional integrations. The role requires hands-on development, troubleshooting technical issues, and ensuring compliance with security and development standards.

Responsibilities

• Complete work assignments and support business projects by applying subject matter expertise.
• Develop work plans aligned with business priorities and deadlines.
• Ensure procedures and policies are followed, coordinate resources, and collaborate cross-functionally.
• Solve complex problems, escalate issues as needed, and identify improvement opportunities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, CIS, or related field with four years of software development experience, or equivalent work experience.
• At least three years experience in implementing solutions through SDLC processes.
• Minimum one year in a technical leadership role.
• Two years experience developing or implementing web-based applications.
• Two years experience working with cloud technologies like Azure, AWS, or GCP.
• Two years experience with web frameworks such as Angular, HTML5, CSS, or GraphQL.
